In exploring these images which I was able to create through the manipulation of several mathematical formulas, I believe that the Mandelbrot image may be a gateway to comprehending the spiritual nature of a physical body. WIth this and other fractals, when an image is expanded, another entire universe appears in beautiful detail. I sense that the large circle may represent a template for a body and the smaller circle might represent the head. Various colors and points within the image correspond to each of the seven chakras and the areas of the spirit, mind, and physical body they influence. Curved lines surrounding the "body" may correspond to energetic fields.

It is fascinating that certain mathematical formulas can generate infinitely repeatable images such as these. There is something meaningful for us to discover here in the world of fractals; some fundamental glimpse into the Creator's process. In Eastern belief, the highest form of existence is the Causal Plane; a realm of subtle thought and ideas that, ultimately, forms a matrix or template for the manifest universes. Perhaps God's creative principle will reveal itself though the magic of numbers and mathematics, rather than by words or inspirational philosophies. There, in the very same numbers we see on an algebra test, or on an IRS form, may reside deep insights into some of the mysteries of the Great Creator. Try meditating on these images and see what insights are revealed to you.
